The truth is, a poor leader; takes no responsibility. This type of person blames others. Soren said it best- There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.
And with that being said, I want to extend my warmest wishes to the working men and women of the Broward Sheriff’s Office and the unions that represent the employees.
